POLICIES & INFORMATION

SHIPPING {US & INTERNATIONAL}

All ready-to-ship items will be shipped within 1-3 business days, unless otherwise noted.

Shipping time-frames on custom orders will vary depending on how many custom orders I have at that time. Current turnaround time for custom orders is three weeks. (please see the Customs section for more details)

For US orders

Insured shipping is a flat rate of $6.50.

For international orders

Shipping is calculated based on your country. To purchase insurance on your order, please contact me.

Aurora Moon Creations is not responsible for taxes, customs, or duty fees enforced by the destination country.

RETURNS

We accept returns and exchanges on unworn/unused items within 3 days of delivery. Please contact us within three days of delivery to begin the process. The buyer must pay for return shipping. We recommend shipping items back in a bubble mailer with tracking and insurance (we are not responsible for lost/damaged return packages!). In order to receive a refund or store credit, the item must be received in the condition it was sent out in. 

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

**As this is a very small business that helps support our family, all refunds will be issued in the form of store credit and are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Please try to be absolutely sure about your purchase before buying! <3

We do not offer returns or exchanges on custom items.

REPAIRS

All of our items are handmade with lots of love and care. In the rare case that your item is damaged or breaks, we offer complimentary repairs within 21 days of delivery.  Please contact us within those 21 days to begin the process.

If an item breaks after 21 days of delivery, repairs may be subject to a repair fee.

INSURANCE

Your shipping includes insurance. Please inspect your items immediately upon arrival. I package all of my items carefully and with love, but you never know what can happen during transit. Please hold onto ALL inner and outer packaging (mailer, bubble wrap, etc.) until you have confirmed that your items have arrived damage-free. In the case that an item has been damaged, you MUST have all of the inner and outer packaging in your possession to make a claim through the insurance provider. Aurora Moon Creations cannot be held responsible for damages that occurred during transit, but we will do everything we can to help you file an insurance claim in order to refund or replace the item.

HANDMADE DISCLAIMER

As all items are handmade by me, occasionally you may find minor imperfections (i.e. knot size in malas may vary slightly from knot to knot, etc.). These "flaws" give each piece character and make it unique! I truly pour my heart and soul into my work, and each creation contains a little piece of me. I personally LOVE handmade items (especially jewelry!) and would choose them over factory-made any day.

GEMSTONE INFORMATION

We use natural gemstones and crystals in our creations. These gifts from Mother Nature may vary in size, shape, color, and characteristic. This is what makes them unique :)

Please note that the healing properties listed on our website, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and any other places are not meant to be taken as medical advice. This information is not intended to diagnose, treat, prevent, or cure any illness, and we are not promising that you will feel the energetic properties we describe. That being said, I personally can feel the various energies/vibrations of crystals and gemstones, and use them in my every day life :) 

METAL SENSITIVITY

We use hypoallergenic metals (gold-filled, sterling silver, rose-gold filled) in most of our creations. Metal type is always noted in the description of the item. If you are sensitive/allergic to a certain type of metal or have any concerns about our jewelry, please reach out to us prior to purchase! We will be happy to provide you with more information.
